Quick and Colorful Shower Favors

Naptime can create stickers to match your invitation design.

If you want a splash of color on your shower tables, consider using bags of candies as a shower favor. This small favor can be made quite easily with stickers, cellophane bags and bulk candies. Three steps to done!….

  1. Select some bulk candy that coordinates with your color scheme. Try Jelly Bellies, M&Ms, or Jordan almonds which are available in many colors. If you don’t have bulk candies in your grocery store, try your craft supply store. Buy about a half-cup per person. Don’t mix in too many pale candies since these will not add color splash to your tables.
  2. Purchase clear cello bags and stickers to match your theme.
  3. Fill, seal and decorate the bags with the stickers.

If you have games at the shower, you will also need some nice prizes for your guests. Purchase useful items like these:

  • bags of gourmet coffee
  • scented candles
  • potted flowers
  • gourmet chocolates

Get tissue paper the color of your party, wrap tissue up around the base, tie with a ribbon and add a sticker over the ribbon center to pull in your color theme on the prize table. Leave the gifts exposed at the top so that your prize winners can select from the prizes available.

A third use for the stickers is as envelope seals on the thank you notes to follow the shower. All in all, they make an easy, inexpensive way to color coordinate your shower items.
